The instructional presentations found here meet the requirements of OSHA’s 1926 standard. OSHA defines construction as job functions related to “construction, alteration, and/or repair, including painting and decorating”. Repair indicates that something has broken and is being fixed. Maintenance falls under the general industry standard 29 CFR 1910. These classes include the classroom portion of training but do not include the actual operation of equipment.
